HSP 116 Nutrition for Food Service Professionals 2 credits
This course is for students and employees in food service. The course focuses on personal nutrition, selected nutrition topics and nutrition in food service. The course is for those who need to use nutritional principles to evaluate and develop menus and recipes, as well as respond knowledgeably to customers' questions and needs. R, 12 (2 lecture hours). Note: in addition to tuition, this course requires an additional variable tuition rate.
